NRBP’s Brown Bag Lunch is designed to provide members with a venue to network with one another while listening to speakers address issues that are timely, relevant, and engaging.

In the modern business environment, companies can often find themselves in organizational limbo; whether in regard to business models, value propositions or employee infrastructure, stability is difficult to achieve. An unstable company structure is damaging to both employee morale and business growth.

In this presentation, Ken Bloom, CEO of INTTRA, will discuss strategies for managing cultural shifts within your company. Bloom will provide actionable advice for developing a program that harmonizes all of your organization’s goals and allows you to find solid ground once again.
